Public & Independent Schools

After a long standing association with leading Public School King Edward VII (KES) in Johannesburg, we firmly believe that the Public School sector in South Africa will be one of the most meaningful contributors to change in the South Africa of the future, with leading schools in this sector continuing to produce future leaders of the country.

Our experience at this type of school has shown that the students receive quality all round education, with a strong academic focus, a high standard of cultural activities (dramatic society, debating, public speaking, chess, pipe band) and a very high standard of sport in many different sporting codes – all of which contribute to the all-round development of scholars who can make a significant impact on society in their lives. Our intention is to evolve in in this space nationally, with experience gained and lessons learnt at KES being shared amongst other Public Schools in this vital sector of Education in South Africa.

To ensure that we remain in touch across the spectrum, other schools that we support include Durban Boys High School and Potchefstroom Central School where we support deserving students on their journey via bursaries. We also work with a variety of other school models such as the Eco friendly Birches Pre-primary in Durban central, as well as more remote Peri-Urban type schools such KCC in Matubatuba, and Sisonke in Port St Johns.
